Now after a successful download of the game, you have to do this action in order to enjoy the gameplay of Grand Theft Auto IV game on your computer.

First, download all the compressed parts of the game on your computer.
Now extract each part one by one at one same location.
After extracting all parts Mount it to virtual disk using Ultra ISO PC software.
Now open this virtual disk which is present behind the Local Disk.
Now open the setup file and start with common installation steps.
After installation opens the folder Prophet->GTAIV.
Now select and copy this All files.
And paste it to the location where you install the game file. (In my case Local Drive C: Grand Theft Auto 4)
